Dispatching times

Orders placed online via Our Site are dealt with each day from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. The preparation and processing time of an order may be lengthened according to products and may require 1-4 business days after placing an order. After receiving a Dispatch Confirmation, you can take into account the transportation times mentioned below.

These delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. However, delivery times may vary due to force majeure or because of traffic conditions.

Delivery times

Delivery is carried out by the DHL and the Post of Slovenia. We do not take the responsibility for eventual delays of the delivery service. Delivery times are given on a purely indicative basis, as given by the chosen transporter.

DHL shipment recommended. Standard delivery can take an extended amount of time, depending on the country of destination.

We are not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in the mailbox.

RETURNS

WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT by written notification

As a buyer, you may change your mind at any time within fourteen days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products.

If you change your mind, you must inform Us in writing. You can fill out the form for the withdrawal from contract, which you will find below. You must also return the Product(s) to Us immediately or within 14 days of the submission of the notification, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, We may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Please return the Products to Us:

(a) wit­­­hin 14 days after the submitted filled-out return Form

(b) in their original condition and with original packaging (in a fabric bag), unworn, unwashed and undamaged and with the original hang tag attached.

We would advise customers to make sure they take extra care when trying an item on. Please ensure that this is done over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, We may refuse returns where it’s apparent this hasn’t been done.

When you return a Product to Us because you have changed your mind within the fourteen-day cooling-off period, We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, 14 days upon receiving the notification on contract withdrawal or when we received the goods back (whichever is earlier), by the same means of payment that was used by you. You may explicitly demand the use of another method of payment.

In this case, We will refund the price of the Product in full. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5.2. CLERICAL DEFECT

We are responsible for clerical defects (clerical defects as defined in the last paragraph) of the products purchased on our Site. You notify Us by emailing a complaint with images of the defect to info@justacorpse.com. You must describe the defect more specifically in the notification and provide the possibility for the seller to review the item.

You are also required to add a copy of the original invoice. The goods with a copy of the invoice and the form must be sent within 14 days after submitting the written notification to Us.

We will, within eight business days upon the receipt of the written notification, confirm that we have received the complaint and submit a written reply with regards to solving the complaint claim.

You may submit a complaint due to a material defect of an item within two months from the day, when the defect was discovered.

We are not responsible for material defects on goods shown after two years have passed from receiving the item.
